Up to 20 km one way, 40 km round trip and 30 minutes total driving time from Ostend. Both limits apply. Additional distance: €0.726/km incl. VAT (€0.60 excl. VAT), round trip. Additional driving time: €42.35/hour incl. VAT (€35 excl. VAT). A nearby address may also require more than 30 minutes of driving time. Additional distance, driving time, parking, tolls and special access costs are quoted in advance.

That depends on the service, location, size and desired delivery. There are package prices for visual roof inspections. Construction follow-up, exterior and aerial photography, video and technical sites are offered tailor-made. The agreed images, planning and total price are confirmed in advance.
02How much does drone construction progress monitoring cost?
Construction Follow-up receives a tailor-made quotation. The number of visits, duration, site size, fixed recording points and any progress video determine the price. Provide the site location, planning and desired frequency for a targeted proposal.
03How much do real estate photography and 4K video cost?
Exterior photography, aerial images and 4K video are tailored to your building and presentation plan. The price depends, among other things, on the number of buildings, the desired image selection, video length, editing and publication formats. You will receive a customized quote in advance.
04Are there prizes for facades, heritage and technical sites?
Yes, these assignments are tailor-made according to inspection demand, accessibility, zones and reporting. The starting rate listed for a large or industrial roof is specific to roof inspections. It is not a general rate for every industrial assignment.
05How much does a drone roof inspection cost?
A roof check costs € 211.75 including 21% VAT. Roof inspection with PDF report costs €301.29 and Roof Report Pro €422.29 including VAT. For a large or industrial roof, the price starts from €598.95 including VAT. The packages apply to one building and one visit. The contents and total price will be confirmed before booking.
06What is included in each roof inspection package?
Flight preparation, use of the drone, the included local movement and image selection. Het rapportageniveau verschilt per pakket. Dakcheck bevat geen formeel rapport; Roof Inspection and Roof Report Pro contain written documentation.
07How much travel is included in a roof package?
Up to 20 km one way, so 40 km there and back, and a maximum of 30 minutes total driving time. Both limits apply. Additional distance costs €0.726 per km including VAT; extra rijtijd € 42,35 per uur inclusief btw. Parking, tolls and special entrance fees are quoted in advance.
08Are roof area, number of photos and visiting time guaranteed?
No. Areas, numbers of photos and visiting times are indicative. Coverage depends on complexity, visibility and secure access. The written quotation confirms the roof zones, delivery time and final price.
09Can I get an emergency report within 24 hours?
An urgent report in PDF is possible depending on availability. The surcharge is 25% on the inspection service, without relocation, for delivery within 24 hours of the completed inspection. Dit wordt vooraf afgesproken.
10Is a roof inspection a stability investigation or safety certificate?
No. VYNDIS documents the visible exterior at the time of the inspection. Hidden defects, watertightness tests and repairs are not included. The report is not a stability study or safety certificate and does not guarantee acceptance by an insurer. Further investigation by a qualified roofer or construction specialist may be necessary.
11What if the weather or location does not permit a flight?
The address will be checked before booking. Flights are subject to suitable weather, safe access and necessary airspace clearances. Not every roof can be inspected with a drone. Restrictive circumstances may require a new appointment or modified assignment. Agreements about access, cancellation and relocation are included in the written quotation.
12Are thermal inspections, 3D, construction monitoring and property images included?
Thermal inspections and 3D work require separate delineation and quotation. Construction monitoring and exterior or aerial images for real estate are also discussed on a tailor-made basis; the package prices on this page apply to visual roof inspections.
